I was so ready....
I was psyching myself out all day.
Finally Columbia Girl was free and we were going to go out to dinner tonight.
FINALLY...I would have this girl alone, and we would sit down and talk.
And what does she do.............................
She tells me that she invited PR BOY and he is now coming to dinner as well!
Are you serious girl?!?! I've been trying to get you alone all week!
Now my plans are TOTALLY scrapped......for the THIRD TIME THIS FUCKING WEEK!
I am not gonna lie......I'm kinda ticked off right now as I am getting dressed to meet them. This is ridiculous...it is almost as if SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE ALONE WITH ME.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! We will talk later guys.
*Edit: One last quick thought guys. Wouldn't it be hilarious if the reason why she seemingly doesn't want to be alone with me is the fact that she thinks I am trying to profess my undying love for her? I mean we are pretty close, and have been for quite some time. What if she thinks that I have somehow developed feelings for her...and that is why I want to talk with her alone so badly! That would be on par with the more ridiculous things that have occurred to me lately.

Haha... just say you want some time to hang out alone with her and talk about things... don't make talk sound dramatic like a serious thing;but just talk, hang out, catch up.

You need to be direct and tell her you want to hang out alone, just the two of you. Mike's right: don't make it dramatic, just tell her you want to catch up without the group dynamic or whatever. If she wants to know why... well, I don't know what you can say. HA HA. Just say, "Well, it's NOT to express my undying love for you, rest assured of that. Now come on!"

If I were you, I'd invite her to a candle lit dinner, get roses, and then after handing them to her and after giving her a peck on the cheek, I'd tell her that I'm not into her cuz I'm well..
Yeah, but that's what I would do, but you should just keep it casual, and say it to her when you happen to spend some alone time with her, regardless of whether you've planned it for then or not.

I was thinking the same thing, maybe she is worried that you want to date her and she only wants you as a friend, wow is that ever going to work out the way she wants! I am going through the same thing at the moment, I am trying to tell a female friend but I can't get her to stay still long enough with me to tell her!

haha, this is exactly what happened to when I tried to tell my best friend. Not the whole 'am I trying to date him', but every-time I went to tell him someone else was there.
hang in there, it will happen at some-point. maybe you need to arrange a specific time.
